Job Description:Responsabilities:- Supervision of the facilities maintenance technicians.- Experience and ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians distributed on different shifts- Utilize maintenance management systems (CMMS) to schedule and assure the correct development of preventive/predictive infrastructure maintenance practices, through a balanced maintenance program.- Manage all utilities for efficiency management, improvements and cost savings.- Define facilities maintenance approaches for optimizing effectiveness of reliability maintenance and maximizing equipment operation and runtime.- Coordinate facility related activities of outside contractors assigned to the various sites, and assure that contractors understand and conform to all corporate and local safety requirements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree- Advanced English skills- Demonstrated ability to clearly define relevant project/program information in written and oral presentations.- Capable to administrate a CMMS for the maintenance operationsOptional:- 4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting- Demonstrates ability to communicate well with government contacts, contractors, departments supervisors and senior management, on a personal and technical basis.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
