**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads highly complex repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance on building and facilities, equipment, fixtures and systems.
- Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of carpentry, painting, plastering.
- Repairs or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking, blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
- Inspect, drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
- Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe, systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment. Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Coordinates work of outside contractors. Directs and leads the work of lower level employees through assignment of work, coordination of effort, providing technical guidance and review of assignment progress.
Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical career or related.
- Requires at least 6 years related position.
- Knowledge of generators, HVAC, Compressor and Electrical Substations.
- Knowledge in civil works
- Interpretation of civil, electrical and mechanical plans.
- Expert knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Expert Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of, buildings, or other structures.
- Expert Knowledge of design techniques, tools, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Knowledge of Firefighting Systems
- Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively.
- Leadership skills required to coordinate and work with all company areas.
