.Company Description**Job Description**:**The Maintenance Facility Technician is responsible for light maintenance and general preventative maintenance of the facility both inside and out.****Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Light electrical (changing an outlet or wall switch)- Light plumbing- Painting, caulking, identify pest issues, janitorial work- Parking lot upkeep- Maintaining and cleaning public spaces- Assist with various employee events set up and clean up**SOFT SKILLS**: Self-disciplined, problem solver, take charge attitude, proactive root cause identification, troubleshoot with team/ problem solve, leadership stability, personality, team oriented, urgency, willing and eager to learn.**Qualifications**:**Education and/or Experience**- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Minimum Requirements****Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.- The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear and taste or smell.
