**Job Description**:
**The Maintenance Facility Technician is responsible for light maintenance and general preventative maintenance of the facility both inside and out.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Light electrical (changing an outlet or wall switch)
- Light plumbing
- Painting, caulking, identify pest issues, janitorial work
- Parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining and cleaning public spaces
- Assist with various employee events set up and clean up

**Qualifications**:
**Education and/or Experience**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
