Coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain Dcilities and grounds.
- Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
- Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely support of the maintenannction.
- Hires contractors or subcontractors to perform maintenance work to specialized or nsive to be performed by the maintenance staff.
- Ensures all permits/licenses are maintained.
- Performs routine inspections of all systems and equipment.
Perform routine repair work and other work of a general maintenance nature.
- Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Ensures that all DHL policies and procedures allowed related to the performance of the maintenannction.
- Establishes and communicates the level of and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks.
- Generate and prepare auditable reports based on good documentation practices (BPD), on technical records and maintenance activities to equipment acilities, in order to have a real history of performance throughout its useful life.
- Schedule the activities of the annual maintenance plan of the equipment acilities under their custody, in order to increase their availability, their operational safety and to complywith all the requirements and standards of the company, the customer and/or government.
- Perform the management of spare parts and services necessary to carry out the maintenance activities contained in the maintenance plan previously cilitate the scheduling and execution of maintenance in a timely manner.
- Punctually attend training scheduled by the department (internal and rnal personnel),

which are aligned to the needs of the area and requirements to be met according to the active processes of EEBP.
- Provide support to the audits that are performed to our management systems either internally or rnally.
- Receive tcilities and / or equipment that are acquired, rented or leased by the company, to ensure that they meet the conditions of design, safety anctionalir proper use in the operations of the company.

- Support the investigation of cause / effect of non-conformities or problems that arise in ocilities and equipment.
llow up with the cleaning supplier's personnel, confirming attendance and reportiults.
- Elaborated reporr the Business Unit.

- Day-to-day management; Lease-related property issues; Provision of necessary services; Responding to requests.
