YOUR TASKS PROFILE
Manage and monitor building and infrastructure operations; HVAC, Fire Suppression, Electrical Backup.
Manage and monitor all utilities and critical services; Electricity, chilled & cold water, compressed air, service water, gas.
Plan, supervise and overview all requirements and resources to meet maintenance programs & targets.
Vendor management and monitoring for maintenance and services policies planning, execution and accountability.
Building adequations and new constructions planning, design, execution and handover for local projects.
Budget planning and cost control for OpEx and CapEx.
Local energy management; to measure, monitor, calculate potential energy savings on day to day operation and its implementation.
General services management; Janitorial, gardening and pest control.
Strategies development to find, calculate, execute and meet cost reduction ideas within FM operation.
To create and present executive reports regarding all related KPIs within FM operation, targets and projects.
Lead and develop colleagues within the responsibility area to achieve their tasks and fulfill the teamwork collaboration and talent development.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering and experience.
Experience in manufacturing buildings at least 3 years – Automotive industry is a plus.
Ability to manage different & complex projects simultaneously.
Communication and problem-solving proficiency.
English proficiency.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Knowledge of applicable NOM's.
Solid and proactive leadership and motivational skills.

AutoCAD
Microsoft Office suite.
