Your leadership will empower team members to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.You will be responsible for developing strategies that maximize account performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the clients' needs effectively.Your Responsibilities Include:Leading and mentoring the Account Management team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.Developing and implementing account management strategies tailored for Long Tail clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.Monitoring account performance metrics and generating reports for continuous improvement.Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.QualificationsProven experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.About UsThe Factorial team is dedicated to creating an all-in-one HR software solution that helps SMEs automate HR workflows.
