**Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of QCS, the Factory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the management and execution of all domestic and import factory onboarding, yearly audit renewal, and CAP resolutions.
**Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- In charge of overseeing that all company factories are compliant are in accordance with our vendors and licensing partners.
- Ensure that new factories are onboarded in accordance with each specific regulations required.
- Work with factories to remediate any CAP findings within the set amount of time allotted.
- Keep individual account and licensee factory requirements filed and available as needed for the QA team.
- Understand the onboarding process per specific account including 3rd party audits allowed.
- Keep an internal tracker of all factories approvals on our matrix that is available to the QA and Import teams.
- Project manage factories on renewal dates to ensure that dates don't lapse.
- Work with the import teams to keep the factory list current and updated.
- Have the factories complete any manufacturing agreements and keep on file with QA and licensing.
- Cross reference all daily po's to ensure compliance for all orders at each factory.
- Suggest and assist in continuous improvement projects with our factories.
- Produce quarterly factory report cards to check in on the status of the factory's sustainability progress and any CAP progressions needed.
- Create and track factory onboarding documents to ensure our partners in our supply chain are following compliance regulations and Mad Engine's sustainability efforts.
- Point person for all factory related compliance needs in the company.
- Resolving any issues that arise with timelines and due dates with factories regarding the audit timeline.

- Administrative experience preferred.
