Eaton's ESSG CPSD PDD Power Delivery Division division is currently seeking a Factory Manager.

**What you'll do**:
**Primary Function**:
Manages, directs, and provides leadership to both operations: AP and MRP and support areas respectively by directing the Production, Manufacturing, Material Flow, Maintenance, Functions. Responsible for safety, manufacturing, staffing, scheduling, material planning, maintenance, and productivity to meet or exceed customer's requirements while achieving financial and operational business objectives.
Promotes a positive employee relations climate through leadership and enhances high performance culture through proper feedback, coaching, and motivation.

**Essential Functions**:
A. Develop short
- and medium-term plans in alignment with the strategic plan and annual profit plan objectives to drive superior operational performance.
B. Track key performance indicators across the organization; ensure continued improvement in all balanced scorecard indicators with emphasis on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost and Culture.
C. Leads Continuous Improvement activities in the Value Streams through the deployment and utilization of Eaton Business System policies and processes.
D. Coordinates, develops and implements plant policies related to production, quality levels and customer needs. Review, prioritize and classify scheduling workload in support of plant objectives, leveraging all resources.
E. Directs the Manufacturing area to meet plant objectives. Provide input to support functions, as they relate to process improvement and program implementation.
F. Demonstrate a leadership style that perpetuates the Eaton Values and Philosophy and the Eaton Code of Ethics.
G. Responsible of monitoring and measuring programs for Safety, Environment and Health according to his area of management such as Machine guarding, Energy control (Lock out - Tag out), Electrical safety, etc.
H. Relates to all departments to ensure the Eaton's quality products. Provides direction and overall leadership and support for cost out initiatives at the plant and divisional levels. Direct the development of accurate work standards to correctly cost the product lines.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited intuition.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or related support functions in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Minimum 3 years of managing people in a manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution is preferred.

**Job Criteria**:

- Knowledge of current technologies in manufacturing, engineering, materials management/inventory control, distribution and logistics, purchasing, quality assurance systems processes and practices.
- Strong collaborative skills with the proven ability to drive change and leadership ownership / accountability.
- Ability to build high performance teams, lead cross-functionally, develop & train employees.
- Ability to provide leadership, performance results, organizational development and operational improvement.
