Offer feedback to improve engineering tools and processes.Engineering Ownership: Lead the electrical design experience during quotation, approval, detailed engineering, and post-project analysis phases.Team Leadership: Manage team activities, including training and coaching new team members, schedule management, stakeholder coordination, and resolving escalations and day-to-day challenges.Quality Assurance: Conduct electrical quality checks and lead initiatives to improve First Pass Yield (FPY).
Ensure adherence to best design practices (e.G., part numbering and standard assemblies)
