At Mill we are striving to build a better environment for all, as we take on climate and kitchen change.**About the Role**:As Mill's in region Factory Test Technician you will be responsible for all areas of Mill's test activities that occur onsite at our Contract Manufacturing (CM) facility in Guadalajara, MX. You will partner closely with the Mill Engineering and Operations teams in both San Bruno and Guadalajara to establish and maintain testing infrastructure onsite. This is a hands-on role and includes working directly with both test hardware and software to ensure its smooth integration and continuous performance. Expectations are that this role spends a majority of the time on the manufacturing production line.**Responsibilities**:- Create and maintain test infrastructure on the production line in Mexico that meets the goals set forth by both Engineering and Operations teams.- Leverage third parties to facilitate the upkeep of test fixtures and infrastructure used in the production process- Be the main point of contact for test debugging with our contract manufacturing team- Establish and carry out test maintenance procedures.- Maintain a spare parts stockpile to assist in fixture upkeep and maintenance- Communicate test fixture status and needs with San Bruno team- Responsible for monitoring the status of all test fixtures used in IQC/FATP- Work with our CM partner to review test status / needs**Qualifications**:- Engineering degree (BSEE, BSIE, BSME) preferred- 3+ years experience in test-related/technical field in manufacturing environment- Availability to work second shift hours, as well as Saturday shifts- Knowledge of test, reliability, quality, statistical analysis and auditing techniques- Prior experience with Python preferred- Exceptional program management, communication and teamwork skills- Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision- The estimated base salary range for this position is $50k to $68k (USD), which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant.
