A better future?We are in a position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Failure Analysis Engineer based in Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, NL (E-Systems Division).As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for the warranty laboratory, managing plant resources to analyze part defects reported by customers.Your Tasks will be:Monitoring the warranty laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.Analyzing FA data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and quality.Ensuring strict control of the RMAs inventory.Monitoring and controlling analyzed parts, as well as their traceability.Supervising the activities of FA technicians, ensuring the quality and efficiency standards.Providing training and continuous development to the FA team to improve their skills and technical knowledge.To be successful in this role you will need:Education: Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.2+ years of experience as a Failure Analysis Engineer.Knowledge in Electronics (Interpretation of Schematics and Layout, Knowledge in the use of Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Voltage Sources).
