Purpose Statement: Responsible for providing technical direction on CRG's supporting on troubleshooting and responsiveness process.
FA Engineers are a key resource for the Focus Factory (FF) team with the implementation and validation of the corrective actions at the site.- Key Job Accountabilities:- Participates in customer-facing CRG Activities.- Perform CRG preparation and initial assessment of defective, electronic, electrical and mechanical parts.- Write reports to summarize findings using Microsoft Word, PPT or Excel and convert to PDF as required).- Establish standard assessment practices and create documentation.- Monitoring CRG performance based on analysis of both Plexus and Costumer performance data.- Additional Accountabilities:- Assist in the assessment and management of third party laboratory services.- Support FFs troubleshooting CRGs in both manufacturing and customer sites- Support on generation of FA reports- Frequent travel may be required to meet the needs of the business- Additional duties as assigned by management.- Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required; a(n) Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies or similar Engineering is preferred.- 5 Years of related experience is required; 5 years of related experience is preferred.- Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, a plus- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, a plus.- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.- Other Qualifications:- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation- Data driven person with strong statistical knowledge- Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment- Technical Personal administration- Physical Requirements:- General office & Test equipment's and materials- Work Environment:- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
