**Activities to perform**:
- Manage and monitor customer returns, as well as their arrival at the plant per CS priority.
- Perform Failure Analysis
- Create and update reports for Field Engineers on SAP
- Inventory management related to RMA's
**Skills required**:
- English 50%
- Root Cause Analysis Tools
- Basis of electrical engineering
