.Purpose Statement: Responsible for leading failure analysis activities for regular production product and CRGs providing strategy to improve results on Key Job indicators, provide technical direction and guidance to FA Engineers and Debug Technicians. Sr Staff Engineer -FA is a key resource for the Focus Factory (FF) team with the implementation and validation of the corrective actions at the site.Key Job Accountabilities:- Lead Debug Inventory control and provide strategy to meet goals stablished- Lead debug inventory aging strategy- Improve debug technicians productivity- Provide process feedback based on Failure analysis- Works with repair area improving profiles and tools, document best practices as well- Responsible of calculate debug technicians quantity based on forecast and product performance- Lead in customer-facing CRG Activities- Work with Failure Analysis Engineers to create troubleshooting guides and update cookbooks- Provide technical guidance and training to debug technicians- Elaborate FA reports- Participate with SQE in claims to component suppliers- Monitoring CRG performance based on analysis of both Plexus and Costumer performance data.- Standardize and documents good practices, create debug documentation and 4s templates for the site- Lead CRG performance based on analysis of both Plexus and Costumer performance dataAdditional Accountabilities:- Assist in the assessment and management of third party laboratory services.- Support FFs troubleshooting CRGs in both manufacturing and customer sites- Frequent travel may be required to meet the needs of the business- Additional duties as assigned by management.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required; a(n) Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies or similar Engineering is preferred.- 8 Years of related experience is required; 10 years of related experience is preferred.- Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, a plus- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, a plus.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation- Data driven person with strong statistical knowledge- Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment- Technical Personal administrationPhysical Requirements:- General office & Test equipment's and materialsWork Environment:- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level
