What will you do?
This role will be the contact person for Project Managers and Customers and the link between them and the Factory during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgears in Querétaro factories.
- Coordinate customer visits for customer witness tests / factory acceptance tests (FAT), either in person or remotely.
- Preparation, coordination and follow-up of the customer witness tests for projects that require it.
- Ensure the coordination of the areas involved with the project for the correct execution of the customer witness tests.
- Direct communication with the customers of the Business Units.
- Ensure the necessary documentation for the customer witness tests.
- Ensure at all times the complete satisfaction of the customer during the witnessing of the tests.
- Ensure that factory policies and standards are followed at all times.
What will you need to succeed?
- Engineer titled (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Related).
- Desirable skills of negotiation, assertive communication, leadership, organization and customer service.
- Intermediate English (spoken, listened and written).
- Desirable experience attending customers.
- Basic knowledge in interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings
- Desirable knowledge of low and medium voltage panels and/or their applicable standards
- Management of basic electrical and mechanical tools.
- Desirable knowledge in electrical testing of medium and low voltage panels.
