The FBA Ops team owns the seller-facing workflow components and back-end services that productize supply chain capabilities and capture their inputs in user-friendly and intuitive ways regarding shipment delivery to Amazon MX FCs, pre-received catalog/shipment errors where the FBA OPS team creates and handles escalation tickets for proper inventory management.As FBA On Site Coordinator, you will identify blockers from:Shipping inventory into Amazon's fulfillment networkStranded inventory inquiries associated with IDQ and ComplianceRemovals escalation casesAnalyzing all the return metricsTroubleshooting all deviations on the value chain such as DNR, Switcheroos, wrong item sent (WIS), damaged during transit (DDT), and wrong fault owner assigneeMissing from inbound reimbursement cases to determine top offenders and gaps in inbound operations to locate missing inventoryKey job responsibilities:Partner with the program team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement and tracking FBA seller's defects.Understand drivers and impacts on key influences on business dynamics and productivity.Translate data into actionable insights for the stakeholders.Automate reporting for weekly business metrics; identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.Minimum Requirements:Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area/or holidaysA completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.1+ years of General ExperienceEnglish and Spanish proficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
