Fcc Exception Resolution Specialist

Job Description The primary function of this Freight Cost Clearance (FCC) role is to resolve any exceptions related to the factual or price verification of logistics invoices.
 They will be required to use different systems that support the FCC processes, and perform their duties according to written work instructions, in order to ensure there are no unjustified transport costs processed for payment.
 They will be responsible for individual and conceptual issue resolution, communication with different stakeholders, creation of new solutions and implementation of new operative standards.
Main Tasks: 1.
Factual Verification - Clarify any factual verification exceptions that require additional validation to ensure that the services being invoiced have been rendered.
2.
Price Verification - Clarify any price verification exceptions that require additional validation, including manual calculation of logistics invoice price elements against Bosch contracts.
3.Process Improvement - Creation of new solutions and implementation of new operative standards Qualifications English  proficiency, at least  B2 : Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Can deal with most situations likely to arise while travelling in an area where the language is spoken.
Can produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest.
Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
  SAP :  Proficient.

MS Office:  Proficient.
