We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Feedback Program and Event Specialist** to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop processes for consistently tracking and measuring the impact of program experiences and reporting outcomes to key stakeholders
- Manage full event production including venue management, catering, transportation, and more
- Drive the creation of post-event reports and conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
- Interact with and manage multiple vendors and partners to plan and execute medium and large-scale events
- Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of different programs and adapt strategies accordingly
- Strategically collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with organizational goals
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective event solutions
- Utilize technology tools to streamline event planning and execution processes
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance future event planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for event safety and accessibility
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management or a Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in event management for large-scale events, ideally within the developer communities/IT industry
- Highly focused and organized, able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong skills in building, tracking, and formulating within Google Sheets
- Fluent English communication skills at a ?1 level
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and event management software
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of the developer relations space, particularly Android, and prior experience with developer communities
- Ability to strategize at a high level and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data, and automating processes
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within the US and work flexible hours to support regional events
