The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our client's dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating access role removals and role changes, troubleshooting issues with Jira, and managing Confluence and G Suite. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Automation of Access Role Removals and Role Changes: Develop and implement automated processes for managing access roles, ensuring timely and accurate role removals and changes.Collaborate with various departments to understand access requirements and ensure compliance with security policies. Jira Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.Provide support and training to users on Jira functionalities and best practices. Confluence and G Suite Administration: Manage and maintain Confluence, ensuring optimal performance and user accessibility.Administer G Suite, including user account management, security settings, and troubleshooting.Provide support and training to users on Confluence and G Suite tools and features. General System Administration: Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and procedures.Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed. Must-Haves Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.Strong expertise in automating access role management processes.Proficient in troubleshooting Jira issues and providing user support.Hands-on experience with Confluence and G Suite administration.Solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and security principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
