Maintain constant communication with customer service to ensure the deliveries on time. Is responsible for the incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents, under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager. Liaises with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely incoming/ outgoing shipments. Investigates and takes action on all non-conformance and recommends corrective procedures.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Schedule the shipment of orders of finished product or raw materials for delivery to customer or intercompany transfers- Coordinate exports of raw material or finished product, from loading the merchandise to delivery to the customer- Request and confirmation of transport units- Preparation of shipping documents- Tracking of cargo, units in transit and customer deliveries- Manage the purchase of security seals, as well as control their inventory.- Placing service complaints to carriers and follow-up on closing corrective actions- Filling of monthly KPIs**PROFILE**- Bachelor / Master Degree in Industrial engineering- 3+ years of relevant working experience in supply chain / Logistic- High skills in Excel and MS Office Suite- English -Intermediate- SAP KnowledgeAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
