Description and RequirementsPosition Description:

Seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to support the FGI Inventory process within the NA PCSD Supply Chain Organization. This role is responsible for managing and reporting the E2E FGI inventory as well as coordinating cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive consumption plans for total and aged FGI as well as meeting financial targets. The incumbent will work with various organizations including finance, segments leaders, US and Canada DCs, sales, and supply chain to minimize inventory and E&O impacts. Additional responsibilities include driving roadmap actions across teams, finance reporting, and continuous process optimization. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of technical and organization skills as compilation of reports and accuracy in outlooks are critical to this position. This person must also demonstrate ability to identify improvement opportunities and aggressively drive actions to closure.
Position Responsibilities: Control and Data analysisDrive the Finished Goods Inventory to meet the Budget/TargetDrive the Finished Goods E&O to meet the Budget/TargetWork with Sales / Business Managers on consumption plansBuild deck for weekly PCG Inventory meetingAged inventory trackingFGI DCs Stock Movement (Canada to US & to Outlet)Yearly returns projectionInterface with all NA DCsMonthly Financial Forecast review with NA Executives and FinanceFocal for all inventory related mattersPosition Requirements: Basic Requirements: 3 – 5 years of experience in supply chain management (experience in Inventory Mgmt)Strong Analytical and Reporting SkillsAdvanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointVery Strong Organization and Technical SkillsGreat knowledge with SCI ToolPreferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or BusinessExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to work across multiple organizationsSelf-motivated, Self-DirectedAttention to detailsStrong leadership skills and experience influencing othersStrong IT skills.
