Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesProvides HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) towards all assigned organizational units and teams.Administrates selected operational HR processes in the areas of organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits.Supports the HR Teams and selectively also Business Leads in local training and development matters.Supports in the coordination and administration of recruitment processes, including pre-qualification of candidates.Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday and local payroll system) and coordinates interface with external providers.Supports the trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions and associations (if exist).Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes and standards based on needs and requirements.Interactions (internal & external)Local HR Manager and HR Team members / HR Director / HR Business Partner.Regional / BU HR Director / Global HR functions (task related).Local Leadership Team(s), Managers and employees.Workers Council, Unions (where applicable).Local Service Providers, e.G.
