Empowering people, creating technology.**Responsibilities**:Key Responsibilities- increase sales by mazimising the shelf share in store- check assortment in store in order to minimise OOS- define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets- monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximise potential of each store- mazimise local promotional orders in line with given targets- identifying customer needs and recommend product solutionsAdditional Responsibilities- regular reporting of resultsInteractions (internal & external)- Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service- Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising CompaniesQualifications:Professional Experience and Education- at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage)- 0-3 years of FMCG Field Sales experienceSpecific Knowlegde- up to date market knowledge- understanding merchandizing processes- understanding sales tools & practicesSpecific Skills- excellent verbal communication skills- self-motivated and organised individual- ability to build relationship with key contacts- entrepreneurial-mindedThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
