**RESPONSABILITIES**
Together with the Market Access and Public Affairs Director create and lead a strategic market access Plan for key payers, therapeutic areas mainly at local but also at central level, including Key Access Processes & Priorities Plan
- Responsible, together with the Market Access and Public Affairs Director of getting input from BU & Commercial & Medical to build the Plan, priorities and implementation status for agreed in the Key Access Processes & Priorities Plan
- Execute the access tactics for each Unit/product at any level captured in the Key Access Processes & Priorities Plan.
- Establish together with Market Access Director the relevant KPI´s in term of actions and budget
- In charge of getting insights and systematize information related to payers and process by region based on the interaction with KAM/Account Leads/MSL
- Support Market Access and Public Affairs Director to structure, keep and grow the network of key local and central decision makers and the knowledge of specific processes
- Keep updated local and central institutional environment map for prioritized TA focused on key processes, decision makers and other stakeholders involved
- Assist with the development and implementation of Public Affairs strategy as it pertains to the market access environment
- Expected distribution of field activities: Local 70%, Central 30% Knowledge, abilities & experience
**REQUIREMENTS**
BA degree
Previous Experience as Account Lead, Key Account Manager or Access manager
Languages required: Spanish and English
