.Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving impactful initiatives?About the roleThe Field Account Manager (FAM) is a sales position responsible for Customer Relationship and Retention for LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions in an assigned territory or industry-specific vertical. This role will be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities of existing Customers, working with the Sales and Professional Services Team to bring deals to closure, as well as monitoring accounts for renewals.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Customer relationship and retentionProactive selling and retention of products to existing customers in order to achieve and exceed established sales revenue and other performance targetsConducting appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and tender responsesRetain and grow key services within existing customer baseActively monitor Customers for renewalEngage with Customers to limit cancellationsProvide Customers training in an ad hoc fashion or coordinate with corporate trainers as neededCreate and provide usage reports to customersFacilitate document translations as neededLiaise with internal teams to resolve customer issuesAssist Customers with Account Payment activities such as completion of Tax Withholding paperwork and basic invoice queriesFor select products only – Perform model calibrations at level 1 to ensure best performance and escalate to Decision Science at level 2 as needed.
