**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring the operational quality of TE systems and equipment;
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems;
- Documenting all inspections, maintenance, and repair work as required;
- Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of purchased TE systems and equipment;
- Serving as a customer contact on technical and service-related problems;
- Serving as the company liaison with customers for both administrative and technical matters on assigned projects;
- Performing preventative maintenance, inspection, and calibration services on TE equipment;
- Traveling to customer locations and training centers to provide on-site technical support and/or training;
- Providing formal training programs on TE equipment for Customers;
- Analyzing and evaluating warranty problems on customer equipment, identifying possible defects, and recommending corrective action;
- Promoting TE's Global Application Tooling Division (GATD) by making new equipment and service offering recommendations;
- Working closely with all TE groups to increase business opportunities;
- Utilizing and maintaining equipment, customer manuals, equipment training outlines, and field engineering bulletins when providing service and training;
- Preparing and submitting complete, accurate, and timely reports related to service activities, service scheduling, and service expenses;
- Using all available communication tools to inform, and be informed of, all service-related activities, issues, and events;
- Keeping abreast of new product and service developments within customers' plants and reporting them back to management;
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and codes of ethics;
- Understanding the GATD service policy and utilizing it to grow service revenue; and
- Any other duties as required by the position.
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Bachelor's degree completed
- English intermediate to advanced
- Remote Position, must be located in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.
- 10% time to travel
- US Visa preferable
