**Position Summary**:**Position Duties and Responsibilities**:**Activity & Essential Function Identification**- Assist Sales/Project with the delivery of proposal or project requirements as they relate to scope, budget, schedule, engineering documents and others.- Provide technical product and solution training and demonstration to customers, distributors and MEAU personnel on Mitsubishi products.- Maintain technical documents and documentation on MEAU products, as assigned.- Document activities utilizing Sales Force.- Perform other duties as assigned.**Supervisory / Management Responsibilities**- No direct reports.- **Travel Requirements**- 40-50% travel based on customer demand, primarily with in region: (Monterrey, Saltillo, Frontera, Tamaulipas, Chihuahua, other as assigned)**Essential Education, Skills, and Experience**- BS in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.- Critical and creative thinking and problem solving for robot client's expectations and challenges.- Communication and Technical writing skills, ability to operate effectively as part of a team.- Project and time management skills.- Customer service and phone skills.- Professional, patient, positive, confident communication style, and attitude.- Organization skills, i.E., for documents, demos, work area and time management.**Beneficial Education, Skills, and Experience**- Experience as control system and field service a plus.**Required Skills**:Required Experience
