Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**About the role**The Structural Heart Field Clinical Representative (FCR) provides day to day account management and clinical case support and education for the assigned products and accounts based in Monterrey with the responsibility of the northern territory (Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Baja California, Baja California Sur). Setting objectives and opportunities to drive sales growth for their product portfolio together with their peer colleagues, manager, and Boston Scientific (BSC) ICG ASE. FCR will provide guidance, training, and advice in TAVI, LAAO and SENTINEL procedures and will be responsible delivering the target sales revenue. In this role, FCR will be the first point of contact for SH accounts and is responsible for stock management, identifying/selling the next cases and providing product training and education at an account level.**Your responsibilities will include**- Supported by Sales Manager in strategic accounts, the FCR contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope (e.G., market size and potential, market / products trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders).- Supports Managers in understanding each account's unmet needs and expectations, to facilitate an account strategy and execution of product developments and launches.- Identifies, manages, and reports the sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; consequently, supporting in clinical selling based on clinical support information provided.- Provides education and training support for external customers and end users and internally for BSC colleagues, as appropriate.- Attends and actively participates in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings, with a strategic and productivity mindset.- Leads on sales opportunities and develops and implements a proactive plan that involves all supporting functions.- Gathers and shares information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.- Performs procedural training, provides clinical support and therapy development, and consequently manages clinical evaluation. Delivers excellent product in-servicing and product evaluations and ultimately secure BSC market share
