As the Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO), you will serve as the primary technical expert and strategic advisor to our telecom customers/partners like AT&T. You will work closely with partner telecom companies, offering customized technical solutions and ensuring smooth integration of technologies to transform telco companies to techco companies. The Field CTO plays a pivotal role in aligning our technology with the business needs of external stakeholders, acting as a technical evangelist and strategic partner to both internal teams and customers.What you will do:Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to key customers, understanding their business goals and customizing technology solutions that meet their needs.Technical Evangelism: Present and demonstrate our technology solutions to customers and partners, highlighting the business value.Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with other telecom companies to ensure seamless platform integration and interoperability to add value to the customers.Customer Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers and partners on product performance, pain points, and areas for improvement, and relay that information to the product development team.Strategic Advisory: Provide guidance to customers on best practices, architecture, scalability, and security to maximize the value of our platform solutions.Technology Innovation: Stay current on emerging telecom technologies (5G, cloud, edge computing) and advise customers on how to implement cutting-edge solutions that future-proof their infrastructure.Technical Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales process, crafting tailored solutions for prospective customers and partners
