Beeflow's team of experts includes biologists, ecologists, entomologists, agronomists, and entrepreneurs.**About this role**The Mexico Field Development Lead is responsible for creating and safeguarding the technical knowledge of the company to create economic value for our customers. This is a technical and advisory role that will ensure the successful delivery of our end-to-end pollination programs for growers. You will use your expertise to create company and customer pollination design protocols that will direct our Operations team activities in each country to track and manage pollination to ensure Beeflow value proposition delivery.In this role, you will collaborate with several teams across the company. You will collaborate with Sales to create project (farm-level) protocols and to communicate them with the customer. In addition you will also work with Marketing to build and support our value proposition (i.E., sales presentation, conferences). Your primary collaboration will be with the Operations team to make day-to-day decisions via tools (data dashboard) that monitor Beeflow technologies and services performance in the field. You will be responsible for analyzing trial data in order to build and present reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Further, you will provide technical expertise to Beeflow and to our customers by answering their needs and questions as they relate to field trials and our technologies.This position is based in Ciudad Guzman, Jalisco, Mexico.**Responsibilities**- Maintain a working knowledge of crop pollination for target crops and for crops in the development pipeline. This includes but is not limited to blueberries, almonds, avocado, cherries, strawberries, kiwis, etc.- Create company and customer protocols for the US to ensure successful trial execution of our pollination services to farming companies.- Customer outreach and engagement by answering their needs and questions
