This is a great opportunity to join our team that is seeking a like-minded person to expand our Industrial market share.**What your background should look like**:**As the Technical Field Engineer, a typical day may include**:- Drive brand awareness and position our solutions & capabilities with our customers- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to drive/increase sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience solving customer challenges- Develop sales opportunities and assist in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions with customers.- Understand key components of the Competitive Landscape: customer's needs; VOC.- Work with the KeyAccount Manager and AFG leader to execute account plan(s).**Basic Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree required in a technical field (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferred)- 5+ years' experience in a technical consultive sales role- Experience working with OEM & NPI (Original equipment manufacture)- English- 25-50% travel required (local & international)**Desirables**:- Experience in EV and/or Energy Storage Industry- Strong communicator (verbal, written, spoken) with exceptional listening skills- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build strong, credible relationships across multiple organization functions and levels (internal and external to TE)- Self-motivated with a passion for serving and helping customers- Significant business acumen, problem solving, critical thinking, and project management skills- Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities- Creativity to see alternatives- Salesforce knowledge**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
