Field Engineer Hrsg / Ctg

**Responsibilities**:- Conducting on-site construction and maintenance projects- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations- Identifying and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation- Coordinating with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies- Providing technical support to project teams and stakeholders- Preparing and presenting project reports and documentation**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field- 3+ years of experience in construction projects, specifically HRSG/CTG- Knowledge of construction management principles, techniques, and software- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment- Willingness to travel and work on-site in various locations throughout the region.
