Job DescriptionReach individual and Warranty Process goals (KPI's).Apply Safety, Warranty, and Quality Standards.Elaborate warranty reports based on part analysis (0km, Warranty, functional tests).Compile and analyse information of claims in order to be part of the multidisciplinary team for Warranty Structured Problem Solvings.Verify status and calibration dates of gauges and machines of the Warranty Process (also helium chambers in production process).Keep team informed of the results of the analyzed parts and risks related to Warranty area.QualificationsBasic qualifications:English communicationMicrosoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Structured Problem Solving (Why-Why/8D/A3)Ongoing bachelor degree (Mechanical, industrial or related)Advanced qualifications:Measuring equipment (Vernier, Micrometer, Optical Comparator)Company DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
