At the intersection of Technology, Finance, and Agriculture, the ProducePay marketplace is building a better supply chain for fresh produce, creating transparency and placing trust at the center of every transaction.**Responsibilities**:- The Field Inspector will be in charge of evaluating fields and monitoring them once the grower is enrolled with our company- Perform site visits to our potential clients' fields to validate the feasibility of agriculture projects- Monitor our formal clients and analyze the status on the whole operation financed by ProducePay- Create accurate site visit reports in a timely manner- Share ideas regarding the projects with internal stakeholders- Must have own transportation**Requirements**:- Agricultural Engineer, Agronomist, or similar training- English comprehension- You must have your own car for this job- MS Office skills- Good people skills- At least 3 years of experience with fresh produce crops, fields, packing processes and best practices**Benefits****Benefits**:- Law Benefits- Equity ownership- Professional Development Support- Referral Bonus
