Plan and monitor the team's workload, motivate, recognize, and coach team members. Solve problems and system issues as they arise.RESPONSIBILITIESOversees inventory management for an assigned team of Field Inventory Specialists at multiple customer locationsBacks up FIS team during absences and openingsCreates, maintains and executes the Field Inventory Specialist onboarding plan for new hiresTrains new team members and monitors effectivenessInterviews potential team members and makes hiring recommendationsFacilitates cross-training opportunities within the ePlus FIS TeamsDevelop work schedules for team membersLeads and motivates to achieve specific goals and ensure customer satisfactionGuides team members with difficult or complex issues or problemsProvides recommendations and assists team on setting quarterly gainsharing goals and tracks progress to adjust goals as necessaryParticipates in developing annual budgets and resource planningAssists in annual goal setting and communicates department goals and objectives to team membersDevelop, prepare and analyze Field Inventory Specialist team metrics and present results and recommendations to Business Unit managementPerforms full range of people-management responsibilities, including making final decisions regarding hiring, disciplinary actions, performance management, compensation decisions, coaching and developmentQUALIFICATIONS2+ years of Inventory Management experienceSupervisory experience preferredBilingual preferredHigh school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED) or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbsMust work well independently and manage own time effectivelyDemonstrated ability to communicate at various levels internally and externallyStrong attention to detail and thoroughnessBalances team and individual responsibilitiesMaintains confidentialityAdapts to changes in the work environmentTRAVELOccasional#J-18808-Ljbffr
