**Field Nursery Associate Tlajomulco**Responsabilities:Supervise resources to carry out nursery activities to secure quality and target of seed returns on-time.Supervise all field mapping, planting, plot identification, harvesting, data collection and data management with internal IT systems.Participate in safety inspections/training and comply with all company policies, code of conduct and standard operating procedures.Follow up the work Instructions and participate in QMS Internal AuditSupervise and train contractors and seasonal employees on standard operating procedures and tool operations.Collaborate with team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by pipelines, breeders, and scientists.Provide timely reports on nursery progress particularly notify to Agronomic Specialist/Nursery Specialist any significant deviation from plan.Establish strong relationships and connections with local stakeholders.Implement strategies that strengthen the commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement for the process.Other:Travel up to 15% of the time particularly during peak seasons.Skills: Bachelor/Engineering degree in the Ag or related science, or non degreed 5 years relevant experience.Experience with seed technology industry or plant breeding.Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision capabilities.Self motivated person with good communication, relationships and Networks.Basic level of English language is preferred.**Application Period**:- 22 Marzo 23**Reference Code**:- 788290**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Mexico : Jalisco : Tlajomulco de Zuniga**Functional Area**:- Biological R&D**Position Grade**:- G**Employment Type**:- Regular**Work Time**:- Indeterminado**Contact Us
