Role Description
Role Description We are seeking a skilled and passionate Field Operations & Support Analyst to join our team and provide support with the recruitment of new interviewers. This role is also responsible for following up on assigned projects, executing administrative tasks and analysing data.
This position is full time, permanent and 100% remote. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Include:
- Design, plan and coordinate training with the support of the Field Manager and Project Manager.
- Support with the recruitment of interviewers to participate in assigned studies.
- Monitor and update on the progress of assigned projects to guarantee compliance with quotas and specified timeframes.
- Have regular contact with the Field Manager and Project Manager to discuss progress and any challenges with ongoing projects.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor payments.
- Guarantee the delivery of contracts to interviewers, and ensure they are signed before the execution of projects.
- Monitor budgets and ensure costs/payments to interviewers are in line.
- Maintain relationships with incentive providers and search for new ones.
- Support with the preparation and distribution of incentives in all studies, guaranteeing timely delivery.
- Attend regular meetings with the Field Manager, Market Leader and other internal stakeholders across the business.
- Conduct field interviews in the areas assigned by the Field Manager
Skills you will bring with you:
- A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (or a related degree) is essential for this position.
- 2 years of work experience in the agriculture field is preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Power Point.
- Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure.
