Requires the ability to manage field teams at the national level of at least 50 people + promoters and demonstrators teams.Individual must be a strong assertive leader that can work under pressure, always oriented towards achieving results and able to manage complex relationships and strong supervision with their team.Bayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
