You will be guided by an experienced team who will mentor you to understand wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions. You'll be able to gain hands-on experienceAs a Field Operator - Wireline, you will be responsible for:- Being a self-starter, keen to learn operator duties in a variety of environments and locations- Ensuring that logging units are operated and driven safely to ensure availability on-site at scheduled times- Maintaining Well-Site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed- Participating in quality improvement efforts to ensure the service delivery and safety of operations, including ballistics- Following internal HSE policies for equipment and logistics to ensure safety and compliance**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent educational level- Be willing to gain Industry experience and undergo product line training- Show a basic knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry- Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills- Be a team player and display good communication skills- Be happy to travel to international locations to work with customers on site**Work in a way that works for you**We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
