Overall supervision, training, support and mentor field staff. Provides highly visible tech support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs field techs in the operation and maintenance of the networks. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.The day-to-day:- General supervision of the field tech team, remote sites and operational staff.- Coordinate the field activities so that daily, short term, and long-term deployment objectives can be achieved and closely monitors the progress of the work.- Constant interaction with the O&M area to support truck rolls.- Create and implement schedules, procedures, and work instructions.- Order equipment that is necessary for the project at hand and scheduling delivery of the equipment.- Regularly provide field techs feedback- Study what equipment is necessary for effective field deployment and operation and assists in its procurement.- May be involved in the recruitment process, reviewing and evaluating the performance of field techs.- Periodic meetings with contractors to overview and track the deployment status of sites.- Direct and monitor field techs' work, including resource allocation and level of performance.- Work with logistics team and vendors to ensure field supply.- Support field operations process implementation- Work closely with sales team on demand planning.- Work cross-functionally with customer care team on process improvements.- Gather business system and reporting requirements.- Coordinate CFE contracting process to provide electrical power to every LTE site.- Storage of installation technical memories- Creation of knowledge base with common failures- To serve as a company liaison with vendors on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.- Receive and validate Invoices from contractors and Master agents. Follow-up creation and payments of the PO- Training Material review- Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing satellite equipment, LTE and/or wireless systems.- Support preparation and process all documentation requested by external parties (e.G
