This role involves managing the end-to-end process of reporting workflows, ensuring effective collaboration with field technicians, sales, installation teams, and development teams, as well as optimizing system functionalities to meet evolving company needs.Key Responsibilities:Process Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact for all matters regarding the reporting system, overseeing its entire lifecycle. Own the systems functionality, ensuring it aligns with operational goals and technician needs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, installation, and management teams to gather feedback and improve system usability. Define and track success metrics in partnership with stakeholders, including installer satisfaction and report accuracy.Continuous Improvement: Analyze data and feedback to identify enhancements, working closely with developers to implement updates. Test and roll out updates and provide necessary training to team members on new system features.Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess system effectiveness. Report system performance insights to stakeholders.Training & Documentation: Create and update comprehensive documentation for system processes. Provide training and support to ensure effective system use across all team members.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in process management, technical project management, or related field.Familiarity with software development and data analysis to facilitate effective collaboration with developers and analysts.Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management abilities to drive cross-functional initiatives and align with company objectives.Highly detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.Adaptable, tech-savvy, and committed to ongoing improvement
