**Field Quality Engineer**

You will be responsible for Resolve product quality problems with the client through periodic visits to the respective plants that provide support and service.
**Your task will be**
- Respond to any issues reported by customers.
- Make do containment of the reported problem.
- Negotiate at the management level the impact of the problem with the client.
- Negotiate acceptance of new product with the customer.
- Coordinate activities at client plants to solve problems.
- Verify the work process to meet customer requirements
- Personalized customer service.
- Keep all organization personnel informed about problems that affect the client.
- Provide support to the current quality system.
- Negotiate PPM'S and replacements with the Client.
- Monitoring of the IATF 16949 quality system.
- Awareness of the impact and risks of your position on the quality of the product and process.
**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineer, business administration or related career.
- +4 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry with experience in customer service and core tools.
- Availability to travel
- knowledge in Knowledge of QS/ TS-16949, ISO14001 quality systems, PPAP'S.
- Skills: Customer Support, effective communication.
