Your Impact As a Field Sales Devices Planner, your responsibilities would consist of:
Manage all reassignments of iPad/iPhone devices to new users for Field Sales users.Identify opportunities bi-weekly and create the excel file for mass uploading to the Calero Team.Monitor equipment inventory risks and assist with resolution for 'Top 10 Zones'.Manage equipment exceptions for 'Top 5 Zones' and resolve issues on a bi-weekly basis.Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Language: English Fluency required - written and verbal.Education: Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred.Experience: Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel), Salesforce & SAP as user is REQUIRED.2+ years of experience in any related field sales customer support area.Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.Experienced in handling several responsibilities in parallel.Attention to detail.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
