Your mission
You will be responsible for concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products within a defined area of responsibility (e.g., geographical, group of customer, industry, or product group etc.). Acting as an energy hunter by helping our customers in stop wasting energy, reduce the water consumption and start reducing CO2 emissions.
You will be supported by a line manager or another experienced field salesperson to offer the most innovative and efficient heat transfer solutions to the Refinery, Petrochemical, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning industries.

Your contribution
You need to demonstrate a good understanding of our value proposition process (CAPEX) and the skills to sell innovative products and services in the energy industry.
With your communication skills you can maintaining customer relationships with our stakeholders to fulfill our promise.
We are confident about your experience in maintain and develop projects with Engineering Procurement Contractors and end users in Bajio region.
You can drive technical link with the customer, specifying AL technologies needed, quoting AL products, finding the best mix between replying in time and detail level.
Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions with already existing customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
With your planning skills you will be able to follow up on the leads that comes from marketing by following up in our CRM.
You can oversee business plan and forecast for your own customer portfolio.
With your curious mind we can help you to develop your expertise in sustainability field to calculate energy savings, emission reductions, annual water savings, annual cost savings and payback time.
**Profile**:

Your background includes a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering
Has 2-3 years of experience selling (CAPEX) in manufacture on metal work industry with proven knowledge in sales and process industries (O&G, Gas compression, pipelines, power, petrochemical, mining)
Nice to have experience in heat exchangers and/or centrifugal separation.
Proved English skills C1 or proficiency level with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Digital skills. Microsoft 365, Microsoft dynamics or other CMR.
Practicalities
Type of contract: Mexican contract + benefits above to the law
Hybrid Scheme (with frequently visits to CDMX)
Open to travel frequently 40% in México, important to have valid USA visa and passport.
Non-Mexican citizen must have recent working visa and live in México.
