Key responsibilities : Delivery as per Area budget: Probes and identifies customer needs and provides tailor made solutions. Understand the Market local dynamics and translate that into business needs Elaborate, Articulate, and follow up a short-long term strategy that respond to business objectives. Research and analyses competitive and industry trends. Entertain conversations with senior stakeholders and decision makers with larger impact and responsibility within our customers. Customer satisfaction: Actively monitor local NPS with the segment and drive local improvement to improve customer satisfaction Maintain constant communication to our customers in regard to changes in contracting, conditions and rates.
