The Insights Analyst is the main contact between Red Bull and external data companies, being responsible for the relationship with them, the development of new information tools, integration of data, and the solution of issues concerning Red Bull and such companies, as well as the maintenance of main market reports.MerchandisingIdentify and solve gaps in the merchandising project, in terms of improving auditions to better reflect the market; Develop and review itineraries for best efficiency, concerning frequency of visits, stores volume, and the number of stores; Run all reportsfed by the merchandising auditions and continually enhance them; business planning.Business InsightsIdentify, develop and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance within areas. Build the data platform necessary to run analysis and generate insights while directly managing data providers. Identify opportunities and challenges, quantify the opportunities, prioritize, and provide solutions to overcome challenges or maximize opportunities.Conduct sales development analysis (by customer, by channel, by distribution point, etc.) and assess customer performance in all sales fundamentals.Develop channel-specific strategies and tools/tactics, conduct promotional evaluations, and engage in business planning.Data AnalysisFeed the company with analytical field data, providing the most accurate picture of the field, given the available data. Develop better ways of understanding the available data, identify gaps of information that can aid the company, and develop new data with the integration of different sources' outcomes.QualificationsMarketing, business administration, or similar graduation is required.Advanced EnglishMinimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and insights in consumer goods companies.
