Descripción de la vacante Lead and manage the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.Work along with the brand's dealers and importers. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry leaders.Analyze sales data to monitor performance and plan future sales strategies.Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalated customer service issues.Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products. Perfil del candidato A successful Field Sales Manager should have:
A degree in Business, Finance or related field.Solid understanding of financial measures, forecasting and analytical skills. Commercial background (minimum 8 years). Proven experience in a managerial role within the sales department of an automotive company.Excellent leadership skills.Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.Ability to meet or exceed sales performance targets and develop creative solutions Knowledge of the LADM/LATAM Region as well as the automotive industry sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
