This role is available for candidates located in Monterrey, Mexico. Key responsibilities:Delivery as per Area budget:Probes and identifies customer needs and provides tailor-made solutions.Understand the Market local dynamics and translate that into business needs.Elaborate, articulate, and follow up a short-long term strategy that responds to business objectives.Research and analyze competitive and industry trends.Entertain conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers with larger impact and responsibility within our customers.Keep actual business portfolio and develop new accounts in order to accomplish targets.Feel comfortable with continuous learning within the group.Customer satisfaction:Actively monitor local NPS with the segment and drive local improvement to improve customer satisfaction.Maintain constant communication to our customers in regard to changes in contracting, conditions, and rates.Manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions:Actively provide feedback to the Branch Manager based on customer feedback and insights.We are looking for:In this role you ought to be passionate about building agile solutions for our customers, as well as an active hunter on bringing new opportunities to the organization. For you, providing a great customer experience is non-negotiable, through every step of our product and solutions life cycles. You are highly independent and eloquent, convincing, easy-going and a senior relationship builder, enjoy working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar sales roles (hunter profile).Advanced English level.Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates.Track record of success around closing Air, LCL, Ocean, XB and landside business and experience with local decision-making organizations.Eloquent and excellent communication skills.Seasoned on contracting and legal terms.Hunger for growth.Positive.Adaptable.Proactive.Fast learner.Sense of urgency.Team player.Winning mentality.Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results.You have been reading so far, we're glad to see you are interested.
