ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThis role will manage SPA box tickets to quickly resolve ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification /EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) issues for our Field Sales organization.
Your Impact As Field Sales Support Sr. Analys your responsibilities would consist of:2 SPA Box Management – 1) Equipment & 2) Advanced Shipping Notification /EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)Manage all new ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) account setup requestsLead issue/incident resolution when ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) accounts are not working as expectedManage all new activation requests for Field Sales equipment and hardwareCollaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?
